As a new Krome user, I want to have a go at my first edit.

Can anyone give me some pointers on the kind of things I would need to adjust to get a meaty growly sax sound?

Also, when I edit a sound and save with a new name in a new location, will the changes I make overwrite the original patch?

Someone has given me a Korg nanopad 2. Is there a use for it with tbe Kronos. It has a usb cable with it yet the Krome has no port so I'm not expecting a positive answer.

I have read that the Pa900 has unbalanced outputs (as oppposed to the pa3x which has balanced outputs). Does anyone know how detrimental to sound quality this is in a live gigging situation, and if there are solutions (perhaps using a DI box)?

The split points I need for each performance I have stored (user banks in voices) varies. Although I know how to specify a global split across all performances, can splits be assigned and saved differently for each seperate performance? (I'm not using styles)
