Hi,
I have a studio/filming session booked in the next few weeks in which, among other things, I have to record Del Shannon's Runaway.
I've been struggling to find a voice or performance to emulate the synth (Monotron/Claviolo) solo in the middle (by Max Crook).
Has anyone any suggestions?

That was an awesome 60's sound. I am sorry but this is going to almost be a pointless reply as I cannot help with the sound. But, you have woken me up regarding 60's sounds - I would also like to have that sound and also some classic "Vox" organ sounds and sounds like the organ in House of the Rising Sun.
My M3 (just sold it!!!) had excellent Vox organ sounds...
If I find anything I will let you know.
