You are correct. The sound(s) from whatever audio devices you connect to the Pa4X inputs in the rear can be included in the MP3 recording you produce, along with whatever sounds you play on the keyboard of the Pa4X.

It seems I have collected a ton of sounds, styles, keyboard sets, etc. (far more than I realized). Is there a reasonably simple way to determine which are duplicates and which are originals?

I'll believe it when I see it on KORG's website. Until then, whoever took the video shouldn't quit their day job...unless they work for KORG. In that case, they should get canned for a whole number of reasons.

Which OS are you running on your Pa4X? If I remember correctly, Version 3.0 borked the phantom power setting, so that you always had to turn it on again after powering down the Pa4X. But, supposedly Version 3.1 corrected the issue.
