Recording 'Pads' sounds.
PA300 I have done a search and surprised I can't find this topic previously covered. It may be because the answer is obvious, but here goes anyway! I successfully recorded a tune using the sequencer facility but would love to include two of the 'pads' sounds. Is there a way of recording the 'pad ...

PA300-Cannot save project to USB
Hello. I have created a tune and followed the instructions to save to USB. The USB appears in the USB/DISK selector but no save button appears when USB selected. So I can't save my recordings. The USB plugged into the Keyboard is new and empty. I have saved it to DISK so at least I know its ok there ...

Saving Style tracks to a DAW
PA300 Arranger:
I doubt this is possible but I would love to be able to save the tracks in a songbook style to an external DAW like Audacity.
Anyone can help?

How change a Style upper 1 sound bleave everythig else alone
Thank you for your response mrniceneasy. The method you described is what I have been doing and you are correct the upper voices can be changed this way. However when changing the upper voice it effects the left hand chord sounds because the new upper voice change is now included in the left hand ...

How change a Style upper 1 sound bleave everythig else alone
PA300. I choose a style but want to change only the upper sound to something else (different instrument) leaving the backing accompaniment the same. When I do this (say trumpet to piano) the accompaniment sound changes as well. The Left hand chords now feature the Piano changing the overall sound. I ...

Korg PA300 recording a default songbook
Can I use a default songbook sound (that came with the PA300) and record it as a complete chord progression so I can play over it or record more tracks on top of it.
A lot of the default 'song book' sounds are ideal so it would make sense to use them as complete backing tracks.

PA300 Create backing, record, then play over top live.
I used to play MP3 backing tracks and create stuff over the top on the Korg. But I always found most purchased downloaded MP3 tracks lacking that 'something' compared to the crisp clear sound of the Korg.
Hence my quest to use the keyboard for both backing and melody.

Recording a backing track
Thank you angelitto. It makes sense what you've written, and I have created backing tracks using the keyboard, then after converting to MP3 format copied to an external USB stick and played them back via the in built keyboard MP3 player. Which, as you correctly say, enables me to do what ever I want ...

PA300 Create backing, record, then play over top live.
PA300 I know how to record a complete performance using the sequencer, record facility. What I'd like to do is record say a chord progression, save it, and then play over the top live. I guess I'm really saying I'd like to create my own backing tracks, record and save them within the Korg. Then ...

how to clean keyboard keys
I hope this is the correct forum area. if not I'll repost elsewhere.
Can someone advise the best way to clean my PA300 keyboard keys ?
My grandchild (bless her) managed to draw a line using a ball point pen on one, and I don't want to harm the key in trying to remove it.

PA300 how do I store my performance (not style) arrangements
PA300. how do I store my performance instruments (not style) arrangements. I like playing melody over USB midi or MP3 backing tracks by using my choice of instruments in tracks 1,2 and 3. Presently I'm saving the instruments I use by writing to a blank space in 'synth and ethnic', naming it, and ...

where to save a song performance
Thanks for your responses. I actually just want to save the instrument settings that I use to play over a midi or MP3 USB backing track. Not the complete melody. So whenever I start a backing track from the USB I simply select the instrument settings previously saved. I can do this by selecting the ...
