Restoring PCG question

Hi all, It's been ages since I posted here. I recently upgraded to a Kronos 2 88 keys. Loved it. I then later uploaded a PCG set from another site (in attempt to bring some M3 sounds/combis). Ever since it messed up a bit of my preset combis. So I attempted to load factory PCG from the SSD. My ...

thought so... too bad will have to return it. My other thought is maybe a USB to Midi converter cable? Do you think that would work?

Controlling M3 module with M-Audio KeyRig 49

Hey guys, It's been years since I've been back on this forum! I have my setup back in Cairo with the M3 module & Pa1xPro. I recently bought an M-Audio KeyRig 49 keyboard controller to use with my MacBook's GarageBand and Logic. It works great. But it only has a USB cable as an output. And I also ...

I used to have a TE 61 and a Pa1X Pro. Anyway, I've always been impressed with the M3 since its release because I ...

Moonshine,

Thank you so much for all the detailed instructions. I'm also thankful for the link, as I didn't find it at all during my searches. Haven't been around "sound loading" for a very very long time!

Thanks again

Ok then.. now all I need is clear instructions on how to do the following:

1. How to obtain the M3 preset combies and programs (as mentioned in earlier posts that I can load them into the M50)

2. How do I load the programs and combies in the M50 without messing things up :)

Yup that's probably what I'll end-up doing.

Also, I can't find an M50 section in the KF downloads. Do I use the M3 section??

Great combies and sounds, plus the drum track option and the great effects under the programs section and finally good plucking and strumming guitars! Oh My!!! I'm really glad I wasn't disappointed ...

Wow! What a great feature!! Now I'm really excited about getting my M50. Can't wait to get it home, open the box and play! I haven't touched a board since I moved to the US a week ago, now that my TE and Pa1XPro are back in Cairo. I'm happy I made the decision of buying the M50. Didn't realize it ...

Wow! Thanks guys! Happy to read all those positive inputs. I had the same feeling too when I played on it yesterday. Also, I didn't know I could load the M3 sounds on it, that's a huge plus. I do cherish my TE a lot. But I think that I could enjoy the M50 while my TE is back in Egypt. And maybe when ...
