I use a mobile pre usb in box, which outs to two krk monitors. I want all output from my computer to transmit through the kaoss pad so i can effect it. I use Ableton Live 7. What cords do I need to run into what to make this happen? Thanks

Wow. I've been live djing for years and used only midi keyboards and ableton . I have never been a hardware kinda guy, but with the kp3 i'm being swayed.

Is it possible with the kp3 to apply effects specifically on one of the samples while multiple are playing? (prolly a stupid question go easy on me second day with the kp3)

thanks so much for all your hard work trying to help me. I did what you said and it didn't work, so I brought it back to guitar center and they replaced it. The new one works just fine THANK GOD.

Are you recording directly into ableton or with something else then dragging the audio samples into ableton?

unless you're using somebody elses samples u prolly can. Copyrighting music is ok if you arent using phrases of any kind from someone elses copy protected work

theres def been no internet chatter about it and kp3 is reasonably new so i'd get it. If things change in 6 months then dont. I just got one myself and i'm totally satisfied.

I did everything you said xmlguy, and when i hit the hold button after recording, sound stops. And hitting the sample bank button repeatedly fails to start the loop.

yah thats on right it plays audio back when i talk i the mic but not when attempting to loop it

Even when I record audio through a microphone and try to have it loop it doesnt work. Am I just not understanding what you're trying to say?

So resampling allows u to record the built in audio? But sampling doesnt?

I just bought a KP3 today and I cant seem to get it to play back samples i record using the built in sounds. I recorded them right i think (hit sample hit the sample button of choice then record) and i am attempting to play them back right (hit the green lit sample bank button) but then the light ...
