Welcome to the forum.
I'm not aware of any church / pipe organ-specific sound sets for the Krome. The Krome covers a lot of bases, timbre-wise, but doesn't offer large selections and variations of any particular instrument types. What the Krome does offer, it does very well.
There are a few places to download additional sounds, but pipe organs do not feature strongly amongst the libraries on offer:

This links to the freebie M1 and Best of Triton libraries. The Kid Nepro "Killer Keyboards" pack does include some church and pipe organ sounds.

http://www.kromeheaven.com - none there, either.
You could try editing the existing Krome organ sounds to try to get them more to your liking. Changing the reverb effect types and their parameters and also EQ may go some way to bringing the sounds closer to those that you desire. The realtime control knobs could also be used. For example, when the User LED is lit, knob 4, normally, for most Programs, adjusts reverb depth, knob 3 is chorus depth, knob 1 and 2 tend to change what they do by default from Program to Program.
If you already have the Garritan Classic Pipe organs software/plug-in, then the Krome could be used as a MIDI controller, and the audio from both sources could be mixed to produce more complex sounds than either alone e.g. adding strings, percussion and the like, and the Krome's arpeggiator.
There's also Dan Stesco, a very gifted craftsman when it comes to creating sounds for the Krome. You could try contacting him:
