KKS = KORG Komponent System [-X
KKS = KORG Kompakt System #-o

KORG's policy in this regard is ridiculous. ](*,)

You know, I somewhat agree with those asking for separate keybeds after purchasing the M3-M or other configuration. However, I did my homework before I made my purchase. So that I could couple up the M3 (module portion) and the RADIAS-R, I decided to go with the M3-73. The 2 components fit in there snug as a bug in a rug.

Still using my Yamaha dx7, which I bought new in about 1984. Never been looked at. It gave me a message about the battery being low about 12 months ago, but even that dissapeared soon after and it's working great. Still has some great sounds - just listen to the tubular bells! A great keyboard indeded...it'll probably be buried with me!

Some of that might depend on your chosen genre, but I still have my Korg T1, and I use it quite a bit. Granted, it doesn't lend itself to giggling live, but I like the synth engine and it makes a great MIDI controller. I use it to push my Korg Legacy Edition (which is the soft-synth equivalent of the T-series engine, bundled with a Wavestation).
