Sync via midi works fine here, but that wasnt your question. I would like to use USB as well but I think it works even worse for me than for the TS. When I attach USB Windows says it installs "Electribe 2 Sampler" (I also installed the driver from the Korg website) but I don't see any additional ...

I think the standard filters on the Sampler 2 really suck. I want all the filters. I dont care about the oscs.

I have around 650 custom samples in the device. Works great. Everything is categorised and ordered. That way its very easy to switch between sounds using the oscillator knob. Couldnt have done it without the mac editor.

Yes, you can only import manually/on the device itself to 500-999.
But if you use the mac editor you can make (read only) banks with custom samples on ~21 to 500. Not sure if the windows editor supports this as well.

Im also having problems with this. But more importantly i would like to know how u make samples to play for as long as u hold down the pad, like 'note off' on the mpc..i thought u where stuck with the amp eg on the electribe to cut of the tale off of samples wich i found very annoying! It seems the ...

I'm not going to return it because I managed to adjust my workflow to what the machine is good at (just playing oneshot samples...). And the paint is already coming off after a month so returning it to the store would be a fuss. But man if this machine was released in 1990-2000 then I would be cool ...

I resolved my clicks & pops problem : the wire cable. Do you have the same thing with an headphone ? I'm mainly using a headphone :D I tried other ones and it does differ in how hard the click sounds. But still very noticable. Edit: I think I found it. It is the lowpass filter. If I turn it off and ...

Electribe Sampler 2 clicks and pops

I hear clicks and pops very often when polyphony is set to mono(1or2) and samples on the same track are triggered multiple times after each other. It sounds to me that the newest note cuts off the previous and because the waveform isnt at a zero crossing it wil pop. It is better noticable when I use ...

Once you timeslice a sample on the E2s it creates a sample in the list for each slice. Only one of the 'slices' can be loaded to each part. You can't trigger multiple drum samples (simultaneously) on one part. So If you got 16 slices and you want to use the entire loop you need to manually assign ...

Maybe you are expecting too much from this relatively cheap device :D In the beginning I also was annoyed by the lack of .. well .. a lot of things. But I adjusted my expectations and now I'm having great fun with it. You know the less is more thing. I only use it as a oneshot sample player, not ...

I bought the software and I am very happy with it. It is just 10 bucks, not the other number people keep saying. It is an editor, imo its so completely obvious that people are going to make these, so that there can be no question of stealing an idea. This payed editor is better then the free one ...

Hmm i still dont get it. Am I doing something wrong or is this not possible? 1. Take a looped sample, i.e. a single cycle waveform 2. Loop this using the Sample Editor so that you have a perfect loop, no clicks or artifacts 3. Go to Trigger or Keyboard mode 4. When AMP EG is off, the sample will ...
