Yea I will try to wait on hold and find out how to send to Korg. I would pay whatever to get it back to factory. I found service Manuel and key combos to enter diagnostics on this forum!!! Great place others have been where I am and worked out issues.

I own the Fantom XR fully loaded with all the brass and strings pop, etc. It is great but missing a sordino kinda thing or fullness. It is great but unique. Just orderd them. Also they are coming out with a new Symphonic library very very soon so get ready for that!.
