Haven't tried, but I would expect so.
Also, you can use RPPR to start and stop loops on any channel you want, Ableton style. And just because you can only play one midi channel live doesn't mean you can't have others playing back from the sequencer, and you can still freely mute and mix those using the control surface (set to timbre/track).

Because for me that are two different parts.
Also, maybe one track has status set to INT and the other set to EXT.
I must be free to use Kronos as masterkeyboard and sequencer simultaneously and without limits during live performances.
I want to use the Kronos keyboard as using COMBI but with the sequencer playing, too.

I thought you could set a track to EXT completely independent of its midi channel?
Apart from your other sound generators being severely limited (like not being able to define keyzones) I still haven't heard anything you can't do. Perhaps it's possible to use Karma for this. You can specify channel routing and in/out zones. Not entirely sure, I have never needed to though.
I'm not trying to trivialize your issues by the way, I'm just saying I believe this is a conscious choice by the Korg programmers and I don't think it's likely this behavior will change, because for many people, this is the most logical way to do it.

It works the same way if you have two identical audio files in two adjacent set list slots.
Basically if you set your midi channels right, you can swich from on slot to the other thus changing track, and have a complete different set of instruments (layered or split) and still hear the audio file non stop.
I would probably record that sequence, put it as an audio file, so the sequencer is free for other things.
