Promotions by definition are temporary and not announced in advance. If you can return your keyboard and effectvely re-buy one (assuming your dealer would perhaps contact Korg and try to see if they would award you the promotion), you might have to do that to take advantage of the promotion.kbrkr wrote:Gregc,
I didn't cut a deal. I paid $2899.00.
I have returned the board, enough, I Say!!!

don't you have a 30 day return guaranty ? I am not saying this is the best way but you may have rights to look into, if you are very unhappyKiss Fan wrote:I too bought mine in December. I called Korg customer service and was basically told too bad, there's nothing they can do on either the discount or the EXB-Radias.
The only problem with flexibility is it is a slippery slope. If Korg allows buyers in December to take advantage, then November buyers are upset. If Korg then allows Dec-Nov buyers a deal, then October buyers are upset.Kiss Fan wrote:I actually am outside of the return period and I'm not that unhappy, just thought they could have been a little more considerate and flexible on the dates. But in reality, these promotions have effective dates for a reason, just thought they might have been able to cut recent purchasers some slack, that's all.
