....using a Shure WH20 dynamic headband mic. (1/4 inch jack plug) is there a pre amp or gadget or any way I can increase the output going into the mic input on my PA900 ? I have to have the mic volume up to 100% to balance the vocals to my backing when gigging... Using a Shure SM56 boom stand ...

I was looking at that Shure mic. earlier...seems to be OK....

Are you sure it will plug straight into the mic. input on the PA900 without any problems ? No bad earth / hums or too much background noise ?

Is the out put similar to a Shure M56 ?

...I've been using a boom arm stand with a Shure mic. for many years..

Interested in buying/trying a dynamic head band type mic. that will plug straight into the mic. input of my PA900.....a good quality would be preferred - not a £12.99 cheapo ....

...I want to put PIANO on sts 1 and ACCORDIAN on sts 2 STRINGS on sts 3 ect ect,.... and then save in Songbook.. under title 'singalong' in a foxtrot rhythm...... Not sure how to do it... when I save it goes back to original instruments...? not the ones I've put in (as above...?) Any help appreciated

.....just thought I'd reply to your 'crash /noise' problem... The reason - I was out this afternoon doing a gig when my PA900 went down with a loud siren type single note noise.....this was also going through my PA so it was very loud.... Had to chat a bit while the faithfull PA900 booted up again ...

....on my PA 900 in 'WORLD' I use CLASSIC SCHLAGER' ....modify it a bit and all 4 variations work a treat for Chas & Dave... . hope this helps....
