Simple way without going into the parameters. Make sure the RT KNOBS/KARMA button is lit on the left side of the panel (it should be by default). Move the first knob (PAN/CUTOFF) at the top. Stand alone. I returned the Kronos and upgraded to Kronos X. Problem solved, hopefully.

Go into EX1==>AMP/DRIVER==>AMP MOD and change VELOCITY INTENSITY to 0 and EXPONENTIAL VELOCITY to 0. Go to FILTER and goto FILTER MOD and change everything that says Velocity or exponential velocity to zero. This assumes you don't want velocity to affect the filter.
