Hi Michel,

Try to record all MIDI events via a DAW during a test session until the problem occurs...
Vegas to DAW input, DAW output to Kronos.

Good Luck.

Re: Preload.PCG minus Berlin Grand KRONOS 2

Hi, looking to do a factory reset, and much preferring the original KRONOS German Grand to the new Berlin Grand. Is it possible to load in the Preload.PCG and have everything back as original minus the Berlin Grand which i would hardly use and would be taking up lots of unnecessary space? Thanks Hi ...

All needed informations are provided in MIDI implementations KRONOS_SysEx_2_1 http://www.gearzonemusic.com/Kronos/KRONOS_SysEx_2_1.zip I read that Editor 2.1 (OS 2.1) is compliant with OS 3.0.2 except for Global Data. So I suppose that Global SysEx are differents... Now you'll have to decode all the ...

To complete the DAW integration, I suggest to use the SPDIF Out of the Kronos. Most of audio card, even poor integrated chips have a SPDIF optical Input. I'd keep USB cable for MIDI exchanges and use SPDIF for audio only. Then I can palyback each part from the DAW with no restrictions... I joined ...

Price is OK for users who want the new Berlin D Piano. For users who have already bought EXs11($249), EXs15($99) and EXs16($99), don't want to buy another Berlin D Piano, but only want the KRS-07 Programs, it's an heavy bill. And, of course, KRS-07 is only available after purchasing the whole thing ...

New KRONOS Sound Pack !

The New KRONOS Sound Pack is available only as a whole. :x Okay, it is at the same price than Austrian Piano or EXs11 BUT ! Maybe some KORG users are only interrested in KRS-07 because they already owned EXs11 + EXs15 + EXs16. I know, the description say that KRS-07 is based on EXs17 & EXs18 ...

Indeed, and after that you can use the HOLD ON/OFF function assigned to one of the knobs (I use knob 1 always for that) to stop the sample, if you have e.g a looping sample. Pressing the assigned key will indeed start the program. Save the Combi with the Program at HOLD ON, and Knobx assigned to ...

Will selecting "Load required samples" for multisamples with PLAYBACK_MODE set to 1=VirtualMemory, force them to load into RAM?
