The noise is not volume related, I can still hear the noisy keys when I play them whether the volume is up or not. It sounds like something is loose directly under the keys affected. Thx for your suggestions. The 'çlicky type of noise' is actually coming from under the white keys themselves when you strike them (volume off) and its not a vibration type of noise. I have the keyboard positioned solidly with all rubber feet on the desk.

I've got an 6 mth old M3 88. Has anyone experienced a type of 'clicky noise' on any of their white keys when pressed (either volume on or off), as if something is loose directly under the key. Approx 4-8 keys affected, some louder than others. Any views on what could be causing the 'clicky noise' ??

If you enable the 'memory write protect' on the M3, does it still overwrite to the M3? If it doesn't then disable the memory write to Prog & Combi on the M3.

Would I be better buying the M3 Sudosonic DVD to hopefully short cut the learning curve or should I just burn the midnight oil and persevere with my existing knowledge and the manuals?
