My main concern with your suggestions would be if this kind of cable may not produce phase cancellations, noise, etc. What do you think?

I want to use my KP3 as a fx aux, but my mixer (tapco blend) sends a mono signal (compound of stereo ones) and I dont know how to connect it to the KP3 without making it use just one channel.

Any suggestions on configuration, wires, etc will be appreciated.

I'm thinking about getting a KaossPRo and I guess if the sound qualities of the old kaosscilator remain the same in the PRO, or it has an improved quality.

It says: No Card / error

The EMX protection (global mode) is off, and I guess so is the card, since it's really an adapter and it has no silver sticker.

I tried them before and after turning the emx1 on, and in the computer it works with both plugged in, That's why I know it's not and adapter or card problem.

I'd like to find a way to solve it but I fear I'll have to buy a real Smartmedia next time.

Following some advises found on the net I bougth an smartmedia adapter and a 128 MB XD card, but when I plug them into my EMX1, I get a error message. I can't format it.

My PC recognizes both of them, so they are OK.

Any suggestion?

I've began to sync via MIDI my EMX1(master) and KP3 (slave), and noticed that when I do that, the KP3's button 4 keeps flashing in red and I can't sample the audio sent by the EMX1 anymore.

Is this normal?
