Newbie - gig on Saturday - help!
So I've just acquired a Kross (original - nothing that appeals in the new version and the original is a good price here in the UK). Muscled my way into a gig on Saturday so I can try it out live. There are a few things I'd like to do before then which I can't immediately figure out in the manuals: 1 ...

Selecting set lists
Hi all. Had my Kronos (61, original) for a while now. Bit scared of the technology to be honest so haven't spent much time with it. But I'm guesting with a different band on Saturday and will be using it. I've programmed a few splits and set up some set lists. My question is this: the manual (op ...

CX3 organs - new user
OK so I've had the Kronos 61 for 24 hours (brilliant deal from GAK Brighton). I've had a quick search round these forums but haven't read the manuals from cover to cover yet (I know ...). But I wondered if you guys could give me a quick yes/no on the following organ questions: 1/ I know it's not ...

Thanks - sort of
Thanks for your reply. However if I understand you correctly that's a real deal breaker for me. Gutted! Just not prepared to twiddle dials and stare at the screen with my eyesight when playing live. If there's no way to get to the combi I want (except from favourites mode) by pressing good ol ...

Anyone?
Just wondering if someone could try this for me? I'm not keen on using the dials etc to change sounds live so I was thinking of placing all the sounds for a particular song sequentially as combinations (say B06 - 11). Then I would set B06 as a favourite (say A08). What I would like to know is, if I ...

Favourites
Hi all. I have a very specific question that I can't find an answer for in the manual. I wondered whether someone who has a Kross could try something out for me. If you are in favourites mode and are located on a combination, if you then change to combi mode, are you still on that same combi? This ...

M50 for sale with custom-built flightcase
So, someone in GB make me an offer. Played at home and at one band rehearsal. Just couldn't get on with it. Still gigging with my 15 year old N364.
As new, box, manuals, software and custom-built flightcase. Just want to get rid of it. Thinking about a Kronos ...

Copying effexts from programs
michelkeijzers (or anybody), When you say - Copy the most important program including all effects (IFX/MFX). - Copy then less important programs and copy those effects for which empty effect slots are left. - At the end try to reroute the less important programs through existing effects. Do you mean ...

Kross
Each to their own. For me the favourites buttons make it worth having on their own. Finally a keyboard designed with live playing in mind. And I saw a Korg demonstrator say on Youtube that when using the split button the effects from both sounds are brought into the combi. Anyone in the know care to ...

New owner - help with splits
Hi all. Just bought my M50 (73) to replace an ageing (but fantastic servant) N364. Initial views - sounds great, love the keyboard (unlike some posters). Still working on the best method for changing sounds live (wot no 10's hold button?). I have one question (to which I suspect I know the answer ...

Help with foot pedal for aftertouch
OK, picking up my M50 73 on Saturday (88 won't fit across the back seat of the car). Rehearsed with my beloved N364 tonight. Just noticed how good aftertouch is for speeding up leslie on organ patches. With the M50 I will be using a sustain pedal, and a switch pedal for program up. Can I use the ...
