The Fixx - One Thing Leads to Another

Anyone know if there is a sound on the M3 that can replicate the keyboard drops on this song? Thanks.

Getting various sounds...

Is there any source for the M3 where you can determine which patches match up with particular sounds you hear in various songs? For example, I'm trying to play the arpeggio part in Duran Duran's "Hungry Like the Wolf". I found something similar sounding on the M3 (don't recall the exact patch), but ...

Still tryin'!

I picked up the flash stick, loaded some short wav files from my laptop and connected it to the USB port on the back of the M3. I hit the Media button and voila there they were on the screen. But I couldn't get past the load screen, nothing seems to happen. Obviously I'm stuck. The manual is of no ...

Importing samples from laptop thru USB?

I'm a newbie and I followed the manual on sampling using the 1/4" input for a microphone, but is there anyway to import samples from my laptop using the USB port? The various input sources on the screen don't scroll through to the USB port, just the different 1/4" sources. Or is there another way I ...

Thanks, just thought I'd give it a shot...there's so many tab sites that also take a lot of time to compile, I thought I'd read somewhere about something like that but for Korg sounds. Guess not.

More details

I actually am outside of the return period and I'm not that unhappy, just thought they could have been a little more considerate and flexible on the dates. But in reality, these promotions have effective dates for a reason, just thought they might have been able to cut recent purchasers some slack ...

Korg says no retro

I too bought mine in December. I called Korg customer service and was basically told too bad, there's nothing they can do on either the discount or the EXB-Radias.

Another Newbie Question

Is there some type of software or website where you can get the exact M3 settings for the keyboard parts in various songs? For example, if I wanted to play "Jump" by Van Halen, it would tell you the bank/patch etc.? Granted, I'm sure I could find that particular sound by playing around on my own ...

Newbie - Sampling Question

I am new to the keyboard game, having first purchased a Triton LE-88 (which ultimately proved to big to lug to gigs) and now turning to the M3-61. I feel like an 18 year old trying to drive a Ferrari, but might as well start with the best. I'd like to sample the intros for Won't Get Fooled Again and ...
