Also I've noticed that this behaviour changes with different speeds of turning the knobs.
With the slowest speed you got the values in step 4 way. When it turns somewhat faster you can actually get the values in setp 1 way.

In spite of this I still like it of course.

hello, i supose that you are using windows. well, if the ports are not listed than the driver is not instaled right. also you should know that you have to instal korg midi device for each usb phisical port or don't change the usb, always use the same. plug in the padkontrol, than install the driver ...

Both knobs are working in reason. Just assign them for what you need them.

1. in editor for pad kontrol adjust the cc value
or
2. in reason overide the mapping for ever you need
