EX-8000 - Firmware anyone?

Can anyone tell me what the final version was for the EX-8000 firmware?

I'm running 80 00 05 and would like to update.

And if anyone has the file, that would be awesome. Have the eprom burner, just need the code.

I'm not sure about the EX-8000 firmware. I just got the last revision (v12) for my DW-8000 from here:

What you might want to do is see if these guys are still active as they do have the EX-8000 firmware listed:

It would suggest they have a later firmware than your current one: 85 09 05

Would like to get a new firmware also for my EX8000 as I have 80 00 04. I do have a prommer so only need the image file.

Is there anyone that might know where to get one as "musictechnologiesgroup" looks to be non-operational?

Ok. Replying to myself: "musictechnologiesgroup was able to provide the 80 00 05. Do not know if this is the latest, but at least it was later than my current version.

Already programmed EPROMs containing the claimed-to-be latest firmware (V5) are on sale at prices that do not seem extortionate.

I don't have the files in my archives.

Yes I have seen those, but somewhat hesitant to pay to wait.
Also I have been contributing different eproms to different groups and dbwbp for free, as it does seem odd to profit from someone elses I.P.

Anyway I may reluctantly pay if it doesnt come up, and then will share.
