audio recording editing
I'm using the kronos to record some vocals and guitar for the first time. On the vocals I want to delete some of the room background noise between the singing. Can this be done with an audio track? I know using the clear function on a sample will work but I can't figure out how to edit the audio track in the sequencer.

I've often found that depending on what and how loud the background noise is, unless the track is soloed, in a mix you will never hear it. I let tons of noise go by without worrying about it. Sometimes I even record with the window open just to let some noise creep into the track. I find it adds something. That's just me though. I tend to go against all the normal rules.
I find that sometimes songs that have a strange little sound in the background pull me in deeper and I often try to find out what the sound is. Kind of like a little mystery!

If music is the food of love, play on and play loud!
