Korg X50 became Micro X at start up

Dear Korg User,

I have a problem with my korg X50. the problem is, the program is broken, it is totally mess, it not function like it was, the sign is, when I turn it on, supposedly Korg-X50 appeared, but it became Micro Korg X. I assumed, the program need to reset. i brought to the music shop, they said, The IC Program need to be replaced (the IC program is one pair) no stock of it, so it stucked.

please advise from anybody who has the same problem, or any suggestion concerning this matter.

Same thing has happened to me, were you able to fix it? What did you do?
