Connecting MicroKorgXL+ to iPad Air

Can anyone please tell me how to connect my MicroKorgXL+ to my iPad Air. I want to be able to use the Korg keyboard to play the iPad downloads and to have the sound run through my PA system. I am a novice to this type of arrangement so if I'm approaching this wrong please correct me. My ultimate goal is to play the downloads through my PA. Thanks.

USB MIDI OUT>Apple Camera Connection Kit is your answer. But that's only if you want to use the MIDI capabilities of the mk. If you want to record the audio from your mk into your iPad, I would check out the Apogee Jam, although I'm sure there are better options for a line-level input.
