Problem / Issues Korg Radias Noise Hiss Headphone Jack Main

Hello Community,

I'm faced with the problem, that my Radias produces noise and hiss on the left channel of the headphone jack and on the left channel of the main outputs. Additionly the left channels volume is much lower than the volume of the right one.


If a program is played - on the left channel is to hear a bit distortion too.

If i plug only one cable into the radias Output left channel you I hear no hiss and the volume is OK and if I move the plug/cable to the right channel of the main output there is no hiss and no noise too.

Only if i connect both plugs / cables in the main Outputs L/R, noise and hiss is present again on the left Output.

Sometimes the hiss and noise goes away and then everything runs fine.

No USB cable connected in that test-case

Some ideas what the probem could be ?
