Changing "accompaniment" instruments and volumes
Hello, I just became a member and am so happy to find this support group. Hope I am sending this properly. I am a worship leader and recently purchased the Korg PA 800. I have used the Korg PA60 for years and love it. My question is, how can I change the "Accompaniment" ( style select) instruments within my performance once I have saved the performance. Can't figure out how to get into the files. Thanks so much for any info.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you want to change the instruments used in different tracks of a style?
Select the style you want to edit.
Select volume tab left below in your screen.
Push 'Track select' button, so that you see the 8 tracks Drum, Percussion, Bass, Acc1 ... Acc5.
You can change the volumes of the individual style tracks here AND the instruments.
Touch one of the icons above a track, say, BASS.
Now you can choose a different bass sound for this track (doesn't necessarily need to be a bass sound by the way).
Of course you can start the style playing, to hear what you're doing.
If you're ready selecting sounds and setting the volumes (and other settings) to your liking, you can save this as a Style Performance.
I would suggest to use the Songbook for this kind of things.
The Songbook command for 'Write Style Performance' is 'Write current resource' (took me a while to figure that out) on Songbook Book Edit 1 tab.
You have to invest some time to understand the Songbook features, but once you understand how it works, it's the best tool to manage the songs you want to play.
You can create different Custom lists for different gigs, for instance.

Accompaniment instruments
Thank you. I have been saving my performances on " style performance". I am not familiar with type " songbook" you are talking about. I will definitely check it out. Thanks
