Incompatible OS Version -- Help!

Post by JuneauUnderground »

I downloaded some of the soundsets from the forum download area. I go and try to load them in my .master pcg file via PCGTools for my M3 and I get the error message "The Patches in the Clipboard are from an incompatible OS version and cannot be copied".

Any suggestions? The latest OS for the M3 is 2.04, I am running 2.04. How can this be?
Too much gear to list.

I would pose this question to Michel directly, as it's about PCGTools, not the M3.

Did you try loading them directly on your M3?

I already answered the email question but for other's info:

The reason is that the PCG files were created with M3s with different OS's.

Solution: For every PCG file you want to use with PCG Tools:
- Load them in your M3
- Save them again (they will be saved in your M3's operating system)

After that you can load them all in PCG Tools.

@Sander: Thanks for the comment for emailing.

For anybody else: If somebody has a problem/remark etc with PCG Tools, please email or post in a 'PCG Tools for ...' thread, since I subscribed to them all.
