KARMA Triton Software 1.3.2 Update Released, New Lower Prices

Karma-Lab has released a new update for KARMA Triton Software (supports Triton
Classic, Studio, Extreme, Rack, LE and TR) - v 1.3.2.25. This is the first new update in
about 7 years, and primarily corrects issues with the installer so that it can install
properly on Windows 8, Windows 7 and Vista without any workarounds. There are also some
minor cosmetic improvements and bug fixes that you can read about in the Release Notes.

(Note: This is a Windows-only update; there is no update for Mac, nor is there a
Mac OS X compatible version.)

• FOR NEW CUSTOMERS - NEW LOWER PRICE

Time flies - hard to believe that the Karma Workstation was released in 2001, and
the various Triton Models from 1999~2005. In recognition of this fact, we've cut the
price of our "Legacy" KARMA first-generation software and KARMA-fied Sound Sets for
the Karma Workstation and Korg Triton Series (with KARMA Triton Software) in HALF!

The KARMA Triton Software was first released in 2002, and is a PC software program
that gives your Triton the KARMA features of the original Korg Karma Workstation -
and all of the KARMA-fied sounds in it. As one of our older first-generation KARMA
products, with this newest update it still runs perfectly well and does everything
it's supposed to do in Windows 8, Windows 7, Vista, and XP - both 32 and 64 bit
versions. And it's worth mentioning that if you really want to run it on Mac OS X,
it runs perfectly well under VMWare Fusion, Parallels, or Boot Camp.

Therefore, we've cut the price of KARMA Triton Software to $99 - that's HALF-price!

• FOR CURRENT OWNERS - FREE UPDATE

If you're a previous owner of KARMA Triton Software, this is a FREE Update; however,
you need to request the full installer. Please check the Update Page for details
on how to get the 1.3.2 update.

If you've installed the earlier 1.3.1.24 on Vista, Windows 7 or Windows 8, you
should definitely install this free update - no more convoluted installer workarounds -
and, you may be seeing the wrong font in all of the windows, for one thing. Click
here to see if your installation suffers from this font problem.

• KARMA-FIED SOUND SETS - LOWER PRICES

As part of this update and price reduction, we've also cut the price in half for
all 4 of our KARMA-fied Sound Sets for the Korg Karma and Korg Triton Series +
KT Software. Our world-famous sets include Chemistry 1, Chemistry 2,
Chemistry 3 and Reincarnation
. You can now save 50% on these sounds
sets or various combination packages:

1 Sound Set (64 KARMA-fied Combis) - $32.00 - half-price!
2 Sound Sets (128 KARMA-fied Combis) - $60.00 - half-price!
3 Sound Sets (192 KARMA-fied Combis) - $87.00 - half-price!
4 Sound Sets (256 KARMA-fied Combis) - $114.00 - half-price!

Hi Steve! I haven't logged on here for some time, but I have yet to be able to access certain functions, and I'm wondering if this specific operating system would fix:

1) ability to use on board FX on external keyboards or modules? Specifically, I still use my Roland XP-60, and would dearly love to be able to use my vastly superior Korg leslie simulator on those organs;

2) Many programs / combis do not edit my controllers, which is frustrating;

3) if I make the mistake of reducing the volume of any sound by editing, I cannot later raise that volume back up

4) in general, attempting to edit is hit or miss. I love the intuitive format of editing on the keyboard itself, but it is not reliable.

KARMA Triton software doesn't really have anything to do with this. If you want to run the XP-60 through the Triton, and the particular Triton has audio inputs on the back, then you can do that directly inside the Triton. As I don't have one at the moment, I can't tell you exactly how to do it.
2) Many programs / combis do not edit my controllers, which is frustrating;
What controllers specifically are you talking about? Again, KARMA Triton is not a program to edit the Triton. Do you actually have KARMA Triton, and are not confusing this with some Triton Editing program? KARMA Triton brings the KARMA engine of the Karma Workstation to the Triton as a software program running on the PC. It doesn't allow you to edit anything in the Triton.

See above. ;)

Also, in re-reading this, you ask about an "operating system" - so I think you are confused as to what this is. It's not an operating system and it doesn't install into the Triton. Maybe you replied to the wrong post by accident...
