Anyone have any idea what is going on. Only time I get an error is if I'm in the G bank, And only it only happens when I'm using the wheel to move between sounds. When it happens it locks up the keyboard and displays "system error 000000" and on another line it will say "code 00000180"

I believe the only people who can give you the right answer on this one is KORG Tech Support.
So my advice is to contact KORG first.
That being said, a course of action would be to also consider reloading the OS in over itself. I believe the GM sounds are part of the OS, and not stored in the same place as the normal sounds.
So maybe there is some sort of corruption that could be solved by reloading the OS.
Then again... it could also fail while loading the OS if there is a hardware fault, so ….. contact KORG and ask them for advice.
