korg M1 Problems

M1 change the battery because the low battery display told me to change it but I keep showing the same legend and the battery is new that is happening? I checked with the tester battery voltage is correct new attached to the socket on the motherboard. someone please help me understand thanks

You may want to check the polarity of the battery, make sure that's right. Also, make sure the battery is properly in place and held tight. When the battery was replaced, was the M1 re-initialised? You may need to do that, as was the case with my DX7.

Almost certainly a faulty diode on the power supply circuit board, d6 or d7
Korg I3, Korg M1, Korg Tr Rack. Korg x3, Cakewalk Sonar.
