Possible to transfer drum beats from KorgPA500 to PA1X

Hi, I am new with the PA1X and was wondering is it possible to transfer drum beats or other sounds from the PA500 to the PA1X? If it is can anyone tell me the step by steps on how to do it? Will I need a floppy disc reader, what else would I need? I really appreciate the help.

Unfortunately, although the PA1X can load styles and sounds from older keyboards (PA80, I-Series etc.), it cannot load data from newer keyboards such as the PA500.

Provided you have OS 3.0.1 you can load PA800 styles - not sure about PA500 - but in theory, I would have thought it would work.

Pa800 data can be read by any Pa1X fitted with Operating System
v. 3.0. However, keep in mind the following:
• Pa800 has a more extensive range of effects, that might not
exist on the Pa1X. When loading Styles created on a Pa800,
the FX Send might be set to zero (dry) to avoid unwanted
results. This parameter can then be reprogrammed, and the
Style saved again.
• Some new Sounds may be missing.
• Due to the different content and organization, the Song-
Book will point to different Styles.
• The Global is not compatible. Please do not load the .SET
folders, or delete the GLOBAL folder inside the .SET folder,
before loading.
