korg wavedrum EXTERNAL pressure sensor

Post by WaveAxis »

Do you think it is possible to take out the pressure sensor and make it as a pedal? will this affect the tuning of the whole instrument? because i would like to tighten the head after removal of pressure sensor. thank u guys

no I want to keep the physics of the wavedrum. I was wondering if I remove the sensor I will get a better rebound... but i dont know if the head will become too loose. then i will have to tune with screws.. and then there is a possibility to get an error message at the head. And the pressure sensor is Force sensitive resistor or piezo? can I replace it or use the one in wavedrum to construct a pedal?

remove the shield and tune up
no error message.
no more internal pressure control ...
tune up slowly and carefully , (not too much)

takes 5 minutes
please tell us your results...
