Velocity curve for the external keyboard?
I use my Kronos 61 with an M-Audio Keystation 88es. This keystation does not have any velocity curves. I can set the velocity curve in the Global mode (P0-1a) to 3 and the Convert Position (1–1a) to Postmidi but this will also affect the internal keyboard. Any ways to change it independently?

Hmmm...
I don't think Kronos can do this, because Korgs traditionally have velocity curves in Global settings. You can basically just set velocity high and low limits, and slopes for velocity crossfading per timbre in a Combi, as far as I know.
On a Kurzweil, you can set a velocity curve per zone in a Setup (=timbre in a Combi, Korgspeak), and then you can scale and offset it too, so each zone can have a different velocity curve. This is why Kurzweils are excellent MIDI controllers.
