Just curious...

Post by cello »

Most users ever online was 210 on Thu Jun 28, 2007 1:27 am.

Am wondering what was going on at that time to generate that number of simultaneous users!

The Kronos release didn't get that high.

And it can't have been the release of the OASYS - that was 2005. Although it could have been an OS update or something like that?

So - anyone know what the big deal was at that time?!!

As I say, just curious... :)

let me see? Jun 28th, 2007?

It was probably me posting a photo of my Hungarian cousin and her girlfriend playing beach volley.

I'd be looking instead at what happened the day before on the 27th of June. The time on this forum is set to GMT and I doubt that 210 Brits were up at 1.27am and on the Korg Forums. So instead I'd look at what was going on in America on the day of the 27th, whilst we were all skewing soundly in our beds.

Oo - she's a crafty one! Good point Pp. And it also rules out ozy's cousin playing beach volleyball in Hungary ;-)

And can't be Craig Biggio because they were all at the game...

So, let's be Poirot and Holmes and "eliminate the impossible, and whatever remains, no matter how improbable, must be the truth."

LOL

The M3 was released in June 2007 as far as I can see all though finding any exact release dates isn't easy! It seems to be the usual story. Announced in January! Lol. Karma labs say "it should be available in June". I would say the release of the m3 would be enough to get everyone on here hit under the collar!

I haven't really played on it as much as I would have liked. The doc has put me on some new tablets for the dizziness that have made me even more dizzy! Then I've had horrific tooth ache for the last few weeks. Turns out it was my wisdom tooth but the dentist tried a course of anti-biotics then tried filling it. Those didn't work so I had it taken out yesterday. So all in all it's been a pretty crappy couple of weeks. Hopefully I'll be able to really start playing it soon!

There's now dentists in England?

Someone please tell Amy Winehouse, Noel Gallagher, and Ricky Gervais, right away!

Sorry, I couldn't resist a rotten (literally?) American stereotype, while you're probably on painkillers with chipmonk cheeks.

Lol, he's so cute!! The worst part is having to eat a diet of soup for a few days as I hate soup!! Actually, i'm now trying to force down a piece of toast. I should have made a video of them pullnig my tooth and called it "What I would do for a Korg Kronos". I would have my teeth pulled. Beat that!!

If you've got a Thai restaurant nearby, try the Tom Yum or Tom Ka soup for takeaway, minus the veggies. It's delicious.

Haha, Thai food in Felixstowe? No such luck. We have Chinese and Indian and that's about it.
