Hello,
I am trying to help a friend without internet, he has an old KORG Concert-5500 piano and the cable that goes between the foot pedals and the piano was chewed by a dog (please don't laugh).
I have been on to the service dept at KORG UK and they say they are unable to help, they can't even confirm what type of connectors they used or how and where the cables wire up.
From what I have left to inspect it looks like a black cable with three wires inside, they are black, red and white. The surviving end is from the foot pedal and it appears to be a white plastic block that can accommodate four wires, of course only three are used. I do not have the other end to inspect but I assume it will be the same connector.
Help, does anyone know where I can get a replacement?
Does anyone know how it wires up?
Any help would be most appreciated, I apologize in advance if this is posted in the wrong area of the site, it seemed the most appropriate.

any pics of the receptacle?
Hello Shann0n,
any way that you could post a pic of the receptacle, and/ or a surviving end?
You might get a some more forum members jump in to help you out.
Cheers, Hanon

I used to play Korg instruments, then I took an arrow to the knee.
