Sound really good. Did you use standard progs to make those combis?

very nice... I wish the audio was better so I could hear the bass and highs better.
Current Korg Gear: KRONOS 88 (4GB), M50-73 (PS mod), RADIAS-73, Electribe MX, Triton Pro (MOSS, SCSI, CF, 64MB RAM), SQ-64, DVP-1, MEX-8000, MR-1, KAOSSilator, nanoKey, nanoKontrol, 3x nanoPad 2, 3x DS1H, 7x PS1, FC7 (yes Korg, NOT Yamaha).

Thanks :)

Yes, I did use standard programs. Naturally I layered multiple versions of the same program and detuned them to make the leads sound bigger. Also on some, I used multiple drum kits, zoning them so the kick was on a separate track to the snare and hi hats.

Unfortunately, the only camera I have atm is my macbook's webcam, so I can't do HD video. (anything below 720p - youtube shreds the audio quality)

Great job, I'm not too much into trance music, but I like what you've done. Keep it up. The pads are awesome.

Thanks mate :) Been working on this sound set recently actually, trying to mix each combi to give a much cleaner sound.

I see from your signature that you also have a x5d, have you downloaded JayB's fantastic x5d trance soundset?

I use pianos as the lead instrument because they sit well above the mix. I'm working on some lead synth programs, but I'm finding that the M50 doesn't have the right sonic quality for the characteristics I'm looking for. I usually use my microkorg for leads, because it can slice through the mix like a knife and it's a dream to program, but as these videos are demonstrating the M50, I'm sticking to the M50 only.
