PX4D - AUX in connectivity problem

Hi all, In have a PX4D. Came to use the AUX in for the first time, connecting Ipod. I can only get sound from the left channel or it works in mono if the jack is inserted half way. I've tried other cables to be sure, and the same problem occurs.

Have I perhaps got the wrong sort of lead or could there be a fault?

Any assistance you can give would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have stereo jack for sure? I tried on PX5D, works OK on stereo cable.
