lubrication of Oasys 88 keyboard

Hi,

The keyboard of my Oasys 88 is also suffering from the springy noises as described several times on this forum. According to Dan this appears to be solved by lubrication. I don't want to send my O88 in for service (besides, I am allready out of warranty) and prefer to do this myself.

Is the procedure for doing this documented somewhere and what kind of lubrication do I have to use??

I tried looking for a service-manual but can't find one.

Any suggestions are very welcome and I would be very happy if someone can help me out because the noise from the keys is very annoying.

I'm not aware of documentation for keyboard lubrication. There is a service manual, but it is available only to registered service centers. I would suggest that you contact your Korg Distributor; they may be able to offer you advice.
