Template Song Creation Problem

Hi All, Newbee to the forum and the M3.

I was watching the video that Rich from Korg created to create a Template Song. Template songs- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I6023Hs-vVs

I followed along and went to the index tab to 'load a template song' and selected the same as he did in the video. I then checked the box (copy pattern to track to?) to add this which brought up a new dialog box that I was supposed to select a beat(copy pattern to track). In the video, he shows a number of beat tracks and talks about selecting them. In my case all of my beat tracks show empty (Unused Pattern)

Am I doing something wrong or need to load some software?

When you are loading the template song and select to copy pattern to track a dialog box comes up : Copy Pattern to Track. Make sure that pattern=preset. There should be 671 preloaded drum patterns in the drop down box (M3 Expanded).

Yes, I have preset in the top dialog and the box below shows 671 selects all marked Unused Pattern.

That is where I was stopped.

I would suggest updating (or reupdating) your M3. Make sure that you have the latest OS version from the Korg website (version 2.0.4) http://www.korg.com/Product.aspx?pd=280 - and backup all of your data before you do the update.

I was able to download 2.02, but could not find 2.04. It is all working now, so thanks for the help.
