Karma require actual Korg pedal for sustain?

Post by Xenomorph »

I just acquired a used Karma and am fiddling and the M-Audio sustain pedal doesn't seem to like the Karma. Sometimes the notes hang on but most of the time they do not. Do I need the actual Kord pedal?

I switched from positive to negative on the bottom of the pedal and that didnt help. I dont see a sustain polarity setting in Global like I had with the TR or X50

help?

Thanks!

I may have to pick up another myself, why I waited so many years to get one is beyond me. I sold my X50 to my dad, the TR and the Karma compliment one another nicely.
