HELP! KP3 sampling problem!

My new KP3 just arrived today and there seems to be a problem with the sampling.

the sample won't play back after the recording measure is over, but the bank light will be orange. it's rather confusing and frustrating.

I'm just trying to sample the drums or synths built into the Kp3 firmware, i'm not using an external sampling source.

any help would be much appreciated as I am going crazy trying to figure this out.

If you're sampling the internal sounds you have to "resample" (shift+sample).

If you're doing that and it's still not working, check that the linear fader on the left is all the way up.
