ugh I reset my Trinity. I need all my combinations back!

I just fired up the trinity after 5 years of no use. I reset my factory presets on the board.

1) I was able to load Programs A,B,C,D,S and get the factory sequences to run
2) Only Combinations A,B present the factory C and D are gone.

My sequences cannot load the PGC files with the songs.
I am getting a Path not Found error. The songs will play but with all the wrong patches. I think it is because of the missing combination patches. I am in dire straights here.
