problem using M1(pluggin) in protools

Hi

I was wondering if anyone can help me with a problem i'm having. I am using the M1 pluggin in protools le and when i change from one pluggin to another the patches on the m1 keep changing back to the one that it opens with. So if i choose a patch and then go to another pluggin on a different channel the patch on the M1 reverts back to whatever it was that it opened with. How can i choose a patch and not have it automatically change from what i have selected when moving from various pluggins.

I hope i have explained my problem clearly and someone may help.
