KROSS 2 ERROR IS OCCURRED IN UPDATING PANEL SCAN SYSTEM

Hi.. im having problem with my kross 2. when i turned it on, i kept getting error saying "ERROR IS OCCURED IN UPDATING PANEL SCAN SYSTEM. PLEASE TURN THE POWER OFF.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
