I need to change the key of a chord sequence that is currently part of a style. Do not want to just transpose the whole keyboard.
I know I can export to a DAW, transpose and import back. Anyone have a better way? Thanks.

If it’s a long, complex and difficult to play chord sequence, I’d say exporting and editing might be quicker!
But it does expose the need for easy internal editing of the Chord Sequence, with easy transpose and note editing and quantization.
In fact, with Yamaha having taken a huge lead in CS technology and ease of use, it’s time for a complete overhaul to Korg’s Chord Sequencer. That multi-part CS in the SX900 & Genos ups the game in a hugely significant way. Plus Yamaha have utilities for editing it, and even apps that listen to prerecorded music, analyze the chord structure, and create a chord sequence file you can further edit or load straight into the arranger.
Game changer!
