I had a PA80 a zillion years ago and basically forgot everything I learned about it.
If I had a PA4X and had a bunch of Song specific styles for the PA80, is it easier to create a style for the PA4X using the older Pa80 style as a great start or am I better off just to create a brand file ?
Thanks

I have a much shorter history with arranger keyboards ....going back to the Pa 800. I made MANY custom styles on that keyboard from scratch. All of them worked just fine on the Pa4x, and then I was able to just make further edits on the Pa4x.
Are Pa80 styles compatible with the Pa4x in the first place? If yes, then you should do the same. It'll be a massive time saver...that is if you're happy with the midi arrangement of the style.
I'm very efficient with DAW/Keyboard set up. If a style or midi file needs too much change, it's faster for me to use DAW to reconstruct something.
