I typically always play organ I Manual mode—where all the draws bars positions are live.
Question: if you’re using the same organ in different Combinations, is it possible for any live changes that I make to organ drawbar settings in one Combinations to remain-&-carry over in to other Combinations where the organ is also being used?
Currently, when I change Combinations, where the same organ is being used in both combinations, all the organ settings jump to the settings as stored in the recalled Combination.
Application: Along with the Kronos, I used an additional keyboard controller connected to the Kronos to assign-&-play different sounds from on the Kronos. On one combination, I might have Organ being played from the Kronos and then Brass being played from the external controller. The next Combination, I may be playing the same organ from the Kronos, but now, E.P/Strings being played from the external controller; the next Combination, I may have the same organ being played on the Kronos, but then, a Lead synth on the external controller.
As I change Combinations, I’d like all the organ settings —including drawbar, percussion, volume, Leslie speed, etc., to remain live.
Is this Possible?
Thanks,
Organ settings to remain Live when changing Combinations ???

I think the answer is no.
If I'm right on that, my approach to your problem would be to have all the sounds you need in one combi, using karma to switch which sound(s) are active for the second keyboard. See for example scoopicman's "KARMA Combi layer switching" video tutorial.
There are limitations; you've only got 4 layers (sounds) you can switch with Karma, and that's if you're not using Karma for anything else. And I'm assuming the method could be used for switching the sounds for an external keyboard, but I haven't actually tried it.
