Help with volca beats

Hello, recently i buy a korg volca beats, and it have a problem, the kick randomly kicks, it is like there is some problem with the bottom.
happened to someone?

Never had that, but when you power up the beats, the sequence in the first memory slot is loaded, so you don't start with a clean slate. Press FN plus the 16th key (CLEAR ALL) to start with an empty sequence.

Yes, i did that, but the problem is that the kick kicks randomly, even kicks when i press the tom o a hihat, or when a a dont press anything, only stop when i hol down the kick with my finger

try reflashing the Panel chip, by holding REC+MEMORY while powering on.
Sometimes this helps with Volcas that behave weirdly. Other than that, I would suspect that you have dirt/spill on the touch strip.
