Bad sounds when adding Low Boost or Drive in the AMP sectio

hi guys!
have some trouble with it, sometime, in some sounds that ive done, i hear a bad sounds when i added much Boost or Drive to the sound, worst noise or somehow i can call it.. what is it?

Could be digital distortion.
Lower the volume and see if it gets better.
