Playing solo: Can drums be independent of song Set List?

Quick question. I must be overlooking something.

So:

... I'm to play solo
... I've set up a Set List for a song, with several program/combi changes
... I'd like to have a consistent drum pattern throughout

Can I do this with the Kronos?

Or am I looking at a separate drum machine?

You can use SEQ mode, where you can switch between 16 programs during one song;
Or you can use external sequencer.
Drum track won't work during preset switch
